Peggy has been sharing her love of music for over 60 years. And, whether singing at a senior home, or Cowboy Gathering, she makes sure all leave with a smile. AWA ( Academy of Western Artists , Gene Autry, Oklahoma ) awarded Peggy with Female Vocalist of 2023! Colorado Country Music Hall Of Fame 2013 Entertainer of the year, 2016 Female Vocalist. 2017 Legends of Legends Award. “ Singin’ A Cowboy Song” won a 2001 Emmy Award. Her song “Appaloosa” is the official APHC’s Club Song, Moscow, Idaho. She is one of the co-founders of The Western Slope Cowboy Gathering, Grand Junction, Colorado.
Loma CO beef producer, Terry Nash knows how to draw you into his poetry. His tales are of the West not seen from the highway or rodeo bleachers. One of the most sought after Cowboy Poets in the West, Nash lives the life he writes about and he’s a master at showing it to you. His International Western Music awards include 2018 Male Poet of the year, 2018 Cowboy Poetry CD of the year and 2021 “Special Achievement” award For the book, “Four Aces and a Queen.
All proceeds of this show will go to the Lower Valley Heritage Room located in Fruita, Colorado.
Alex Paul in Concert March 22nd @ 7:30pm
Alex is a Southwest Colorado-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a playful, insightful approach to music and composition. Born and raised in Colorado, his musical stylings reflect his approach to creating a vibrant, positive,and downright silly existence.
He’s been performing solo and with a number of band projects throughout the Western United States for the last decade. His most recent and substantial endeavor has been the Americana Roots quartet, Birds of Play, formed after his narrow victory in the 2018 Blues Challenge at the Telluride Blues and Brews Fest.

For a hip, cool, quirky, funky, home-grown, genuine experience come to Cavalcade's Monthly Variety Show. Hear phenomenal music performed by local guest musicians, listen to local poets spin their tales, and go home with a smile on your face, a skip in your step, and thoughts to ponder.
